If you need a confirmation of your application for the desired course for visa purposes or if we should look for accomodation for you, you need to pay at least 50 % of the course fee. Depending on the rules in your country you sometimes have to pay the full fee for the course and fees for health insurance and your accomodation. Some embassies also ask for financial security. Please ask your local German consulate or embassy for information. A students visa will be given only if you applied for at least 12 weeks of a course. For your visit at the consulate or embassy you need the following: - application form for the visa - confirmation of participation in the desired course - confirmation of payments - booking confirmation of your accomodation - health insurance - if necessary a confirmation of your financial status from your bank Steps from application till arrival: 1. Fill in the form under the left link. 2. You get a confirmation of your participation per E-mail. 3. You pay at least 50 percent of the course fee, if you need accomodation latest till 4 weeks prior your arrival. 3a. If you need a visa, please ask the German consulate or embassy in your country, what conditions they got. For China and eastern countries: You have to pay the course fee in full amount. 4. You get a document of your confirmation of participation by post, if you wish per DHL or TNT, with extra cost. 5. As soon as you got your visa and booked your journey please tell us your arrival time in Freiburg. Our pick up service guides you for free to your accomodation.
